Delivery area

We deliver to all countries of the Schengen Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to all delivery countries. The shipping costs shown at checkout before you place your order are binding.

For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, customs duties, import VAT or carrier fees may apply in addition. These are not charged by us and are borne by the recipient.

Delivery time

Unless stated otherwise for a product, delivery takes up to 21 working days. Our items are shipped directly by our suppliers, every parcel with tracking. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels; this does not incur any additional shipping costs.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and encrypted by our payment provider.

Returns

How to withdraw from a purchase and return goods is explained in our withdrawal policy. Please do not send goods back to the sender address on the parcel, but to the address stated there.
