Terms and conditions

This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope and seller

(1) These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop Nordpfote.

(2) Your contractual partner is Nordpfote, owner: Leon Rinke, Lindenweg 11, 49453 Wetschen, Germany, email: leon.r.1999@gmail.com. Further details can be found in our legal notice.

(3) Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) You add products to the cart and proceed to checkout. There you enter your shipping and billing details and choose a shipping and payment method. Before submitting, you see a summary of your order and can correct all entries using your browser's back button or the edit links. By clicking the order button (e.g. “Pay now”) you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

(3) Immediately afterwards you receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

(4) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation by email or by delivering the goods. For payment methods where payment is triggered directly when the order is completed (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the contract is concluded when the payment process is completed. If we do not accept your offer within five days, you are no longer bound by it; any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

(5) The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text. We send you the order details and these terms by email; you can also access these terms on this page at any time.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

(2) Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices. They are clearly shown on the Shipping & payment page as well as in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

(3) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT or fees may apply. These are charged by the local authorities or the carrier, not by us, and are borne by you.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) We deliver to the countries of the Schengen Area. A list can be found on the Shipping & payment page.

(2) Unless stated otherwise for a product, delivery takes up to 21 working days. For prepayment, the period starts on the day after the payment order is placed; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.

(3) Our goods are shipped directly by our suppliers. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This does not incur any additional shipping costs for you.

§ 5 Payment

(1) The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

(2) The purchase price is due when the contract is concluded, unless stated otherwise for the respective payment method.

§ 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw from a contract directly online via the “Withdraw from contract” link at the bottom of every page.

§ 8 Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) If goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us. Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory rights, but it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.

§ 9 Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee given.

(2) In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

(2) Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
