Nordpfote is a small shop for dogs and cats. We don't want to carry everything, just the right things — and describe them so you know what you're getting before you buy.
How we choose
Before a product goes into the shop, we check measurements, materials, workmanship and other buyers' experiences. If the manufacturer's details don't add up, we don't list it.
How we describe
Every product page also names the limitations: which pet sizes it isn't meant for, what it can't do and what to watch out for when measuring. That may cost us a sale — and it saves you a return.
If something doesn't fit
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons. And if you're unsure before buying, write to us via the contact form. We answer ourselves.

We only sell what we'd use ourselves.
Not an endless catalogue, but a small, tested selection. That saves you the research — and saves us the returns.

Instead of a thousand variants we carry a handful of products. What doesn't convince us never makes it into the shop.
